There was meant to be a woman called Amy coming. Never met her myself, but everyone else seems to dislike and fear her. Luckily she was called away at the last minute. There'll be no frog-marching me off to indentured labour at an agency.

"The true equation is 'democracy' = government by world financiers...The
main mark of modern governments is that we do not know who governs, de facto any more than de jure. We see the politician and not his backer; still less the
backer of the backer; or what is most important of all, the banker of the
backer. Enthroned above all, in a manner without parallel in all past, is the veiled prophet of finance, swaying all men living by a sort of magic, and delivering oracles in a language not understanded [sic] of the people."

Every year, thousands of Americans are victimized by a swindle known as the "immigrant abuse scam." What's amazing is this shakedown is paid for by the U.S. taxpayer under the guise of stopping domestic violence.
One of those persons is Roger Knudson, 64, of Arizona. When he discovered his wife was having an affair, he filed for divorce. Fearing the judge would learn her visa had expired and order her back to Mexico, Knudson's wife fell into a rage and attacked him.
But the DA refused to prosecute the assault. Then the illegal went to a local woman's shelter that provided her pro bono legal services and told her to accuse her husband of the very crime that she herself had committed. "I have spent thousands of dollars since 2002 clearing myself of the accusations," Knudson wrote sadly.
Yes, I remember when the Ottawa government made it law that someone could be kicked out of his house if he was accused of abuse. The spectre was a prostitute taken to the house phoning the police and ending up with the house, which was a possibility. Don't know if it ever happened. Can't be bothered looking for that now.

Thinks look bigger when covered in long hair, it says. Perhaps that explains the giant killer badgers of Basra. Or the overweight owls.
So, is ObL 5'7 or 6'6? I don't think it really matters. I'm not likely to ever meet him, whether he was an Arsenal fan or not. It's the image it creates in the mind; menacing.
I meant to continue from yesterday. Keel about the enlightenment granted by the superintelligence and Icke, who went mental when he came into contact. Sinful flesh can't survive contact with the almighty. It's the baptism of fire, what is impure is burned away. Only that which comes from heaven can go to heaven. Enlightenment, though, is an easily corrupted thing. Knowledge becomes arrogance and self-worship. Light becomes dark. The sin against the holy spirit is the only unforgivable, for it is irreversable.
I don't suppose that'll get me anywhere.
"...The parahuman Serpent People of the past are still among us. They were probably worshipped by the builders of Stonehenge and the forgotten ridge-making cultures of South America.
"...In some parts of the world the Serpent People successfully posed as gods and imitated the techniques of the superintelligence. This led to the formation of pagan religions centered around human sacrifices. The conflict, so far as man himself was concerned, became one of religions and races. Whole civilizations based upon the worship of these false gods rose and fell in Asia, Africa, and South America. The battleground had been chosen, and the mode of conflict had been decided upon.
"The human race would supply the pawns. The mode of control was complicated as usual. Human beings were largely free of direct control. Each individual HAD TO CONSCIOUSLY COMMIT HIMSELF TO ONE OF THE OPPOSING FORCES...
"The main battle was for what was to become known as the human soul.
"Once an individual had committed himself, he opened a door so that an indefinable something could actually enter his body and exercise some control over his subconscious mind (this would be either the pure Spirit of Christ or the corrupting spirit of anti-Christ. Just as nature hates a vacuum, so does the human spirit. In other words, what Keel is saying is that the human spirit cannot work entirely of it's own, but is a channel or a vessel of 'other' powers, whether good or evil. The act of 'free will' which is given to man is a 'choice' over which of these powers to submit to, and to accept personal responsibility for that choice - Branton).
"...the Serpent People or Omega Group, attacked man in various ways, trying to rid the planet of him. But the superintelligence was still able to look over man... God worked out new ways of communication and control, always in conflict with the Serpent People."
-- John Keel, "Our Haunted Planet", as quoted by Branton
I'm reading this. Reminds me. Eroticisng cars. Kids stuff. Back in the 50s, according to a book called "The Hidden Persuaders", wrestling wanted to attract more women, female viewers. They came to the conclusion that the way to do this was skin tight outfits and lots of writhing. That's "American Woman", I suppose.
Out of time again. Pity.

Paranoia is usually the reserve of conspiracy theorists of every political stripe, fans of science fiction, and Black people. We are given a pass because of the horrific treatment meted out to us throughout American history. Slavery, lynching, the Tuskegee experiment and COINTELPRO give us paranoia rights while others are mocked and dismissed for expressing their suspicions of malfeasance by the powerful. But other Americans would be better served if they acknowledged their own need to question authority and to doubt the benevolence of their leaders
Because the times are ripe for all thoughtful men and women to be suspicious it might be helpful for democracy if all Americans tried to think like Black people. Everyone should start slowly. It isn’t necessary to dwell on the increased likelihood of a mortgage denial or police brutality. Just ask, “If I were Black, would I believe that terror threats always take place when Bush’s poll numbers drop?”
That retardsman is dissing blacktown.net. He's gone mad, I think. Like the people I see wearing coats on a boiling hot summers day, he's become detached from reality. I suppose that's what comes of knowing the truth, or dangerously insightful parts of it. There's always a danger when you know part of the truth that your knowledge will be corrupted and hijacked by evil forces.
It pays to be paranoid, as it says up top. And I admit blacktown.net isn't particularly deep, although I'm speaking largely from memory because my connection won't let me see it. Look at the Brooklyn bridge abduction. The two of them, some kind of intelligence agents, were taken off to a beach and telepathically communicated with by a woman who was possessed by aliens and also concerned about a fish. The theories were multitudinous. Perhaps the aliens are concerned about the environment, perhaps they need something from it, perhaps they'd given the woman psychic powers, perhaps they wanted us to think they were eco-aliens so Mr de Cuellar would be spaceman-friendly. Perhaps, on the other hand, it was all a brain-washing operation. The only thing the aliens have shown a consistent interest in is the human organism.
So it is with blacktown.net. Obscure and unknown in both anti-feminist and blackist communities, there's no reason for anyone to have set it up as propaganda however many years ago.
Of course, it's true there's more than one way to skin a mockingbird. Blue bird of friendliness, like a guardian angel it's, always there. A right-wing government is one backed by the press barons, a left-wing government is one too democratic to line them up and shoot them.
I travelled among unknown men
In lands beyond the sea;
Nor, England, did I know 'til then
What love I bore to thee!
'Tis past, that melancholy dream -
Nor will I quit thy shore
A second time, for I still seem
To love thee more and more.

Something odder. Bin Laden's video doesn't even have him making any present-related claims. There is footage of one of the supposed 9/11 hijackers, supposedly taken before his self-inflicted death. Trouble: the BBC says he's still alive and well in Saudi Arabia. Maybe he's in an IntelCentre zoo with bin Laden and the other big movie stars of the age of terror. I picture something like Hollywood, but full of turbans and beards, segregated somewhere in the desert with their film studio and props. And all the coke and whore they could ever want, remembering ObL wasn't just in that Dubai hospital for dialysis and a meeting with the CIA, but a sex slave too. The 9/11 hijackers, infamously, got warmed up with drugs and prostitutes on the morning of their martyrdom.
A book. I never could get the first part of the book by the Relfes. They might be scientologists, but L Ron Hubbard revealed CIA pain-drugs-hypnosis mind control techniques back in the 50s, he wasn't just an escaped devil-worshipper trying to breed a soulless human to imbue with the spirit of anti-Christ.
That girl has a nice arse. Going back off to uni now.

This website I linked to yesterday:
"Design, build and install a Homeland Security Centre for an Asian country.I don't like that company.
The Opcentre can override all national radio and TV broadcasts in time of
Dog Soldiers was on last night, a film I've been wanting to watch for a while. Quite good. Not that accurate, mind. Popular misconception, the stuff about silver and werewolves.
As usual on a monday I'm a bit busy. More tomorrow.

She left me when my drinking
Became a proper stinging

No more nights nappies smelling

The USAF stood down (this having been announced publicly: Putin/terrorists, get cracking) on the 14th September. Someone betting that the stock market will crash by 21/9. Betting billions. Certainly indicators. USAF grounded. Terror attack, 9/11 stylee. Stock market crash. Some unnamed conspirator rakes it in. Wouldn't be the first time. Military steps in under his decidership.
ObL gets involved.
I don't think it'll happen. I'll keep my extensive stock portfolio unmolested. The world dictatorship is already here. Why would they change things? Going overt would run counter to their past modus operandi: one centred on brainwashing and covert opinion management.
Speaking of opinion management, "launch a powerful psyop against an engaged enemy".
If you don't psyop them, they'll psyop you.

Seen this? Man snook into Bush's hemisphere with a joke security pass. And a man dressed as Bin Laden. So much for terrorism. So much for journalism. Remember Lobbygate and the "Yes Men"? Palast got himself accepted as a lobbyist no problem at all without even having a proper disguise. The Yes Men ended up speaking to a conference of the World Bank before anyone noticed they were comedians rather than consultants. One terrorist with the same idea and a bomb in a briefcase could have done the world a big favour there.
Happiness lesson for all. It was either that or more of the drugs, I suppose.

Back to A4E, it was a typical day. Read the papers. Killed time. Not many more weeks before it's all over. Only a 13 week course, after all. Week after next there's some techcert thing to keep me busy, so that's one less jobsearch day to worry about.
More horror stories about Ambitions, the world's most hated personnel agency, too. A story I heard: someone there had been working as a farm labourer while on the dole and had ended up fleeing across the fields when some Scot woman from the dole fraud office came looking for "benefit cheats".
47% of those who leave A4E, or who left in May, end up in work, according to one of their posters. Mind you, I've been there months now and haven't seen anyone get an actual job. I've seen three get temp jobs, none for more than three months, one of them has already been sacked.
Also heard today, one m'fellow incarceratees worked for a time in an abattoir. He was appaled by the waste of the horns and so on. Apprently they're cleaner than hospitals, where a surprising number has spent a lot of time. None of them had anything good to say about nurses.
The rest is blank
And that's the worst
An empty head
For an empty purse
You had a laugh
Or so you think
But in the morning
You just stink

Sounds a bit like rap, but with decent music, does that.

I can't listen to this. But I can read this. I remember that Newcastle game.
Less funky but I also like "Always on my Mind". Whichever version they keep putting on the radio. The Wurzels' "I got a Brand New Combine Harvester". "Star Trekkin'" by The Firm. "Fog on the Tyne" by Lindisfarne.

I heard a ringtone today of the song "House of the Rising Sun". Reminds me, I heard something to do with the CIA mind control programme that used that term.
I heard someone today who was unintelligible. There are some strong accents around here. The local news sometimes has subtitles if they're interviewing someone from the rural parts.

A day of good things and bad things, on the whole. The women who worked there before has returned. Been to the Reading festival. Favourite band called "Fallout Boy". I recognise the cultural reference. I'm more of a Mull Historical Society man, myself. Not that I've ever heard anything by the Fallout Boy, of course. Don't intend to, either. There's another noisy toy too. A tweety-pie. Light-activated. I notice I've neglected to book this computer for tomorrow. I'll have to use the one next to it. I don't like change.
People keep assuming I work in shops. Of course, in one shop I do. I have a little badge with "VOLUNTEER" on it, I must look quite official. No-one seems to think it's odd for a volunteer to be in a bank. Reminds me of "Jon Ronson on... invisibility". Turns out the best way to avoid being seen isn't to actually be invisible, which is difficult to manage, or to run in front of a white wall holding a white sheet, as the Men Who Stare At Goats suggest. It's to wear one of those high-vis jackets. No-one takes notice of workmen. It's a wonder that Ronson didn't put any of his supersoldier mates on the radio.
Edit: A link.
