...it does me good like it bloody well should...

This website I linked to yesterday:

"Design, build and install a Homeland Security Centre for an Asian country.
The Opcentre can override all national radio and TV broadcasts in time of
crisis."
I don't like that company.

Dog Soldiers was on last night, a film I've been wanting to watch for a while. Quite good. Not that accurate, mind. Popular misconception, the stuff about silver and werewolves.

As usual on a monday I'm a bit busy. More tomorrow.

And now shes two years older
Her mothers with a soldier
She left me when my drinking
Became a proper stinging
The devil came and took me
From bar to street to bookie
No more nights by the telly
No more nights nappies smelling

End of world imminent. Sell shares.

End of the world coming again. Drill going live. FEMA shipping people off in railway carriages equipped with shackles and instituting a UN backed New World Order. Operation Vigilant Shield about to start up, the American military preparing for martial law.

The USAF stood down (this having been announced publicly: Putin/terrorists, get cracking) on the 14th September. Someone betting that the stock market will crash by 21/9. Betting billions. Certainly indicators. USAF grounded. Terror attack, 9/11 stylee. Stock market crash. Some unnamed conspirator rakes it in. Wouldn't be the first time. Military steps in under his decidership.

ObL gets involved.

I don't think it'll happen. I'll keep my extensive stock portfolio unmolested. The world dictatorship is already here. Why would they change things? Going overt would run counter to their past modus operandi: one centred on brainwashing and covert opinion management.

Speaking of opinion management, "launch a powerful psyop against an engaged enemy".

If you don't psyop them, they'll psyop you.

Who the f*ck is Alice?

The McCanns have finally been assessed as suspects by the police, or polizia or whatever they call them over there. Haven't even got sniffer dogs. About time too. Should be standard procedure, and I thought it was, to suspect the parents. Even without the evidence.

To quote someone or other on the RI board: Clarence Mitchell, government media spinner, still around, but described as " close family friend"

Also: "Underneath Disneyland, that's where you see the real thing my friend...Mickey's Shadow Side" -Steven Webber, Late Last Night(1999)

Remember the film "They Live"? They accidentally detonate an alien watch which opens a portal into a subterranean version of the city where two paramilitaries (possibly aliens disguised as men) are dancing around and bragging about being "the A-team" for killing off the resistance. Underneath Disneyland is where Walt's corpse is in cryogenic suspension, too. Those Nazis like freezing. Hence the Polar Men, I suppose.

As Above, So Below.

Seen this? Man snook into Bush's hemisphere with a joke security pass. And a man dressed as Bin Laden. So much for terrorism. So much for journalism. Remember Lobbygate and the "Yes Men"? Palast got himself accepted as a lobbyist no problem at all without even having a proper disguise. The Yes Men ended up speaking to a conference of the World Bank before anyone noticed they were comedians rather than consultants. One terrorist with the same idea and a bomb in a briefcase could have done the world a big favour there.

Happiness lesson for all. It was either that or more of the drugs, I suppose.
Speaking of terrorists, Osama bin Laden's new release is out soon, it seems. Don't know how they know that, maybe he's making press releases from his mountain hideaway. Shove the dialysis machine behind the curtain, get the hair dye out to instill hope in the faithful by showing the miraculous regeneration of colour in the pontifical beard. More likely he's in some CIA zoo, or the zoo or some organisation with a less famous name. They roll him out from behind the curtain for special occasions, anniversaries, elections and so on. Ever since the CIA got him in Dubai before 9/11.
I don't think there's any need for a link to that. See: the News.
Yes, those McCanns are troublesome. I see the powerful people behind them, as Fairhall says. I wonder why they are behind them. Casa PIa orphanage. Sex ring. Paedophiles. In Portugal, of course. There is a common idea that these things don't happen. Not so. See the "Pedophocracy" linked to on the right here. Aquino, he was a bad guy. Gave lots of toddlers sexually transmitted diseases then commited arson to destory the evidence, or some of it. Not enough. But he knew the prosecutors, probably fellow pervs, so he got off. He wrote many reports for the American military intelligence community, on Mind War and on the unreality of psychic phenomena. Incidentally he set up a group called the Temple of Set, because the Church of Satan wasn't esoteric enough for him. McMartin. They did find those tunnels at McMartin, although some would have you believe otherwise. Some archaeologists dug and found them.
As Above, So Below.
I've often wondered if Steinem was a Monarch mind slave. Fits, it does.
More next time.

Jobsearch day...

There are two assisstant managers at the charity shop. I think I've mentioned that before. One of them has been malingering pretty much since I arrived. They've now advertised for a temporary replacement. It pays more than the existing manager gets, I notice. Also more than the advert in the window of the shop says, by no less than 17p per hour.

Back to A4E, it was a typical day. Read the papers. Killed time. Not many more weeks before it's all over. Only a 13 week course, after all. Week after next there's some techcert thing to keep me busy, so that's one less jobsearch day to worry about.

More horror stories about Ambitions, the world's most hated personnel agency, too. A story I heard: someone there had been working as a farm labourer while on the dole and had ended up fleeing across the fields when some Scot woman from the dole fraud office came looking for "benefit cheats".

47% of those who leave A4E, or who left in May, end up in work, according to one of their posters. Mind you, I've been there months now and haven't seen anyone get an actual job. I've seen three get temp jobs, none for more than three months, one of them has already been sacked.

Also heard today, one m'fellow incarceratees worked for a time in an abattoir. He was appaled by the waste of the horns and so on. Apprently they're cleaner than hospitals, where a surprising number has spent a lot of time. None of them had anything good to say about nurses.

The rest is blank
And that's the worst
An empty head
For an empty purse
You had a laugh
Or so you think
But in the morning
You just stink
-- "Just the One", the Levellers

Sounds a bit like rap, but with decent music, does that.

I'm feeling musical

I was just recommending on the RI board that people listen to more Billy Bragg. The Bragg version of "A World Turned Upside Down". Billy Bragg and Wilco's version of Woody Guthrie's "Christ for President" and "Unwelcome Guest". Bragg's "Power in a Union". I like "Fantasy" by the Levellers. I believe it's about Tony Blair. Written in 1995, apprently.

I can't listen to this. But I can read this. I remember that Newcastle game.

Less funky but I also like "Always on my Mind". Whichever version they keep putting on the radio. The Wurzels' "I got a Brand New Combine Harvester". "Star Trekkin'" by The Firm. "Fog on the Tyne" by Lindisfarne.

Doing my head in.

I don't like using this computer. Small screen. Not on the end of the row. Clean mousemat. I'm not one for pointless change.

I heard a ringtone today of the song "House of the Rising Sun". Reminds me, I heard something to do with the CIA mind control programme that used that term.

I heard someone today who was unintelligible. There are some strong accents around here. The local news sometimes has subtitles if they're interviewing someone from the rural parts.

Fallout Girl

I always find it difficult to find something to say on a monday. Whether something esoteric or something about the iniquities of the system of Job-Seekers' Allowance (formerly Income Support, formerly Unemployment Benefit, formerly Poor Law Relief).

A day of good things and bad things, on the whole. The women who worked there before has returned. Been to the Reading festival. Favourite band called "Fallout Boy". I recognise the cultural reference. I'm more of a Mull Historical Society man, myself. Not that I've ever heard anything by the Fallout Boy, of course. Don't intend to, either. There's another noisy toy too. A tweety-pie. Light-activated. I notice I've neglected to book this computer for tomorrow. I'll have to use the one next to it. I don't like change.

People keep assuming I work in shops. Of course, in one shop I do. I have a little badge with "VOLUNTEER" on it, I must look quite official. No-one seems to think it's odd for a volunteer to be in a bank. Reminds me of "Jon Ronson on... invisibility". Turns out the best way to avoid being seen isn't to actually be invisible, which is difficult to manage, or to run in front of a white wall holding a white sheet, as the Men Who Stare At Goats suggest. It's to wear one of those high-vis jackets. No-one takes notice of workmen. It's a wonder that Ronson didn't put any of his supersoldier mates on the radio.

Edit: A link.
